Seniors Training

Indoor winter nets starts Saturday February 5th for 9 weeks. 4:40 – 6:30. If you are interested in joining the Dunfermline Knights you are more than welcome to attend.

Senior Colts Training

Indoor training for our senior colts starts on Sunday 13th February at Lochgelly Sports Centre at 11am - 1pm.

All Under 17s and 15s can attend along with a selection of more experienced Under 13 players (who will be notified). This will be hard ball training in nets with fielding drills and fitness included over the next 8 weeks.
