vs Dunfermline Kwik Cricket (2010-05-23)

Our very own Festival took place in blazing sunshine after overnight heavy rain which seems to have deterred some of our visiting teams. However, eight teams took part, Dunfermline A and B, Largo A and B, Stirling, Stenhousemuir, Kinross and Freuchie. each team played three matches. Largo A were probably the strongest team but our teams competed well. Considering there were around 8players unavailable the fact that we fielded two 8 aside teams was very encouraging. Several graduates from our Primary visits Owen, Kieren and Charlie played well and learned a lot. Nathan Salt contributed some power hitting and Aaron Thomson some fine off drives. I saw some good play by Nicole, Callum, Thomas and Cameron.
